Method
- Roughly blend all the peppers in a food processor
- Chop the red onions and add to heated palm oil
- When the onion is tender, add blended pepper. Fry pepper on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add pepper flakes, stock cubes, iru, and shrimp and crayfish powder. Stir, then add cooked goat meat
- Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mix becomes a deep red color and the oil floats to the top, your sauce is ready
- It is best served with rice; I love mine with rice and beans cooked together
